I am having problems with a couple of ADSL lines. A repeated ping of a local destination gives typical and consistent response times of around 50msec. Then, after about a minute, we get one response time of 1844msec, and the next one at 845 msec. Thereafter the response times are back to 50msec, until after another minute or so, the pattern repeats.
There are two lines in East London, and one in White River which exhibit this problem during the business day. Many other lines exhibit no such problem (in the same regions, too). All are Webafrica ADSL accounts.
After hours I don't seem to get this problem.
Any ideas?
