Intermittent Connection

Hi guys, I was using iBurst last week and it worked just fun with a sold green light on the UTD. Now, a week later I am using it in the exact same location but the light flickers like a strobe light and I get 5/10 quality to my tower on UT Tracestar. Any possible reason for this? Maybe because of the copper theft?
 
Move the UTD so find a better reception area, preferably close to a window without burglar bars or any kind of coating on the window itself or purchase an external directional antenna.
The further you are from the BS and the more UTD’s that are logged onto the BS the weaker your connection will be. It could be that a neighbouring BS is having connectivity problems therefore more UTD’s are currently connecting to your BS.

Which BS are you currently connecting to?

Well I have the modem in the exact same place as it was last week which is the place with the best reception. I am connection to the Kenilworth BS
 
@Sylas, how well has it been working since the Friday nights blackout?
If it's dropped since then maybe the base station needs attention.
 
Well thats the thing, this is the first time I've used it since the Black out. Who should I get in contact with to have the base station checked out?
 
@sylas, as far as I remember who.is.michael has contact numbers and names of iburst tech staff in CT, hopefully he will post this info here for you.

could we possibly have a follow up on youre connection issue .
as iam also in the kenilworth area and my and a few others ,connection
speeds are just ridiculously slow after fridays power outage
 
I emailed Marco and he said the towers were all perfectly fine. But I am still getting quite bad speeds :/ I have a 6/10 connection to the kenilworth tower
 
Don't give up; it seems there is quite a few other users that are experiencing issues...

Try contacting:

Carlos; Henry; shireen; CRM; info

BCC them all at once and be polite, firm and make your displeasure known, also include technical info, like pings and rather not mention the signal bar on the UTD as that is of little value and most in the know find it irrelevant.

Once again let me know when you have copied the contact details so I can remove it.

Ok thanks Mike. I just emailed Carlos. Guys, I urge the rest of you who are experiencing to do what michael has suggested. Hopefully we can get this problem sorted out sooner rather than later then
