Intermittent Connectivity - Afrihost Cloud Server

Once again experiencing high packet loss / loss of connectivity to my afrihost cloud server and afrihost.com. Anyone else experiencing this ? This is now becoming a weekly occurrence !!! Tried 3G as well as DSL.
