Is there someway of bypassing the terrible support from Webafrica and talking straight to Vumatel regarding a major internet issue that I have been experiencing.
I have a 50 50mbps line that has been giving issues for the past 3 months. It starts with pings going haywire and ends in complete PPPOE disconnection with no chance of reconnecting till the issue resolves itself. I have even bought a brand new Mikrotik RB951 (fantastic router with RouterOS7 and cake)
I am at my wits end with Webafrica, when they decide to respond to their really bad watscarp system.
