My natural tendency is first meal at 1300 and last meal just before 1900. The past week nudged it to 14:00 & tried to bring dinner a few minutes earlier or close to when I get home. If I'm working out I'll sometimes eat earlier over the weekend but even then I sometimes go to lunch time without really thinking about food.Jip, about 96% of the time I adhere to it somewhat.
