Intermittent International problem

yesterday i had the same problem, today it seems to be fine, i think it has something to do with port 80
 
Was fine this morning (Saturday). Now its borked again.
Get disconnected when playing WoW every 2 minutes about.
 
perhaps its some preshow.. its reported on uunet notices but it affects saix users aswell, afaik.. its a whole all over maintenance thinge-ma-bob.
