Intermittent internet Connection on Afrihost Vumareach Network

Having this issue where fibre link just drop then return after few minutes been having this issue for more than 2 weeks logged tickets
issue still present hope someone from afrihost can assist me 2 different routers same issue

Lol I get asked the same questions I was asked last week by support. It's like support is stuck in a loop

I will probaly have to move to a different isp as its a month of poor internet
