Intermittent line

We have been having intermittent problems for the last 2 weeks. Specifically with remote desktop. We have had telkom out to test the lines in all our branches and they cannot find anything wrong with the lines.

Any ideas or areas I can check ?

What OS are you running? Using a dedicated router with NAT, or a USB thingy? ICS at all?

What happens when you do a continous ping to your first-hop? Any packet loss?

If you have a deciated router, does it log any carrier losses or errors on the NAS interface?
