Intermittent synching problem

My wife has, according to Telkom, 10Mbps service available at her business.

So she became brave, and upgraded fromm 512kbps ... and since them some days she can't work due to all the syncing problems. 5 mins op 10 down...

Telkom's solution to the problem: Please downgrade again - they are not interested in correcting the problem.
 
Typical Telkom response. They have very little intention of actually giving everyone, even most, those kind of speeds. They still believe that the internet is only meant for browsing and e-mailing, anything else they label as "abuse" / "exploitation".
