Good morning all,
Bit of an odd request from a user here. They are looking for some lightweight software that would allow other users within the company to log tickets for marketing requests (i.e: ordering more business cards, calendars). This is purely for internal use so we can force people to stop contacting our marketing person on their personal number after hours to log requests. There is no stock management required, we purely need to log requests somehow so they're easier to manage internally. We have tried forcing users to use emails, but they very quickly get lazy and just start forwarding the same mail over again so it becomes a nightmare to try track down orders with the volume of mail this user gets daily.
We have looked around a bit and everything we are finding has far too many features for what we are needing, especially if it is only going to be one person managing the ticket queue. Has anyone come across something that could do this or perhaps have an idea that won't cost an arm and a leg to implement?
Thanks in advance
