Hi,
I was away from here for some time, and need to get a quick update. The last time I checked, any bandwidth you used on your ADSL, local or international, all counted towards your international limit. Once that was reached, you were hard-capped, and given local-only access. Does it still work like that, or is local and international now calculated correctly & fairly? Perhaps there are some ISP's that do it correctly, and others that dont?
Thanks...
