This has been on my mind for a while. Am I right in thinking that until now Telkom were the only people allowed to offer international bandwidth, but this has now changed with the introduction of Neotel?
What's to stop them from setting up satellite links and selling bandwidth to ISPs at much cheaper rates than Telkom?
I know a lot of people are in it for the gaming so latency will be an issue, but how about the rest of us that just want reliable broadband that doesn't cost a fortune?
