International bandwidth????

Okay I'm seriously getting pi$$ed off now. WHERE'S THE INTERNATIONAL BANDWIDTH?? I've tried using both my dial-up accounts (My Tiscali slightly better then my TelkomSA) but both of them are going so SLOWLY. And my pings to sites such as microsoft.com are ALL timing out !! *sob* I'm gonna cry HELP !!

Was going to, but wasn't sure where else to put it I know this is myBROADBAND.co.za / myADSL.co.za but couldn't you set up a little section fro DialUp users RPM??
