Hi Guys,

Please be aware that clients might experience browsing and connectivity problems to international web sites. SAIX engineers are investigating.

ETR: Pending saix feedback

Thank you.

Telkom @#$#ing sucks monkey balls

I can't believe telkom. In any first world country there would be a status message as soon as you call in to your ISP. Not Telkom. My call will be answered in 15 minutes says the message.
Oh and sorry to whinge, my parents moved me to Australia about 8 years ago and I came running back to South Africa. I love my country, and I know how to give constructive criticism, and yet still, I @#$#ing HATE Telkom.

thank you for notifying us of this. as always, webafrica is on top of their game. thanks guys :)

BT in the UK is not much better so don't be so quick to complain. They outsource their call centres to India, so you end up talking to someone with a thick Indian accent, who you can't understand, but who has all your personal details available to them on their computer screen. Try cancelling your account with BT and you will experience what it is like to be put into call centre hell. You will be bounced from one department to the next until eventually you think, what the hell, I don't really need to cancel my account anyway.

Sure Telkom sucks, but so does every other large telecoms company. They all suck!

Hi Guys

I have checked the SAIX notice board now and it appears that the international browsing issue they experienced this morning has just been cleared.

There is currently a problem though in the Kuilsriver area near Cape Town with no Connectivity.
SAIX engineers are investigating the matter.

Thank you.
