International connection problems?

Anyone having International connection problems?

All local is working, cause how else would I post this?

On SAOL 10GB account in Sunnyside Pretoria.

Seems to be a problem with the transparent proxy server in the region. Switching to a manual proxy cache.saix.net:8080 solves the problem.

Seems to be back up now.
