International DNS Servers Down?

Whoah - looks like a whole lot of international DNS servers went down at about 01h00

Errors on

Google - 8.8.8.4
OpenDNS - 208.67.22.22
[-]US Level 3 D - 4.2.2.5[/-]
UK Bulldog 1 up but 2 is down



US Level 3 B and C are up (that's how I'm able to post) - 4.2.2.1 - 6
UK Internap up - 212.118.241.1

Yip, seems so, Lost my DNS there and had to change, and cant get into some of my servers
