International down? (again) 6-Apr-2006

11:25am (Cape Town) and international is down again. It's been happening for the past few days - everyday somewhere between 11:00am - 12:00pm. Only lasts a few minutes, but it's still a little annoying.

Is you mail hosted internationally or you just browsing?

Hi XoneMark and BroadbandICTHoldings

Yeah, I also noticed that international goes down for a few minutes before 12h00 - its very frustating when you busy with a project and all the international sites are down - luckily I have good 'ol MyADSL hosted locally :D

I'm in Kenilworth, Cape Town and get a good signal and speeds from my iBurst.

Leave my station alone!!!! :D

no no... go BroadbandICTHoldings, move to Kenilworth.
Just leave the Plumbstead tower alone!
Nic already has good enough speeds, take it upon yourself to fix Ibursts load imbalances.

There is a tower in Kenilworth isnt there?? It should be speeding, dont know why they even put one up there in the first place.

But then again you either Running off Plumstead or Rondebosch?? Hmmm Do you know?

Nah, too far from me. I think the tower is on that tall building near Access Park (can't remember the name) and I'm a few blocks from that, Kenilworth Center side.

If your Target Market is here in SA....why not have all your resources hosted locally?I would understand if you maybe had a website and your target market was international then I suppose it would makr sense to host majority resources internationally........either way up to you....
