International Down???

Is it just me or can anyone verify that International is down??

I am on WebAfrica.. 512K ADSL, Bramley

yup...I've been struggling the whole night.

It's not completely down, but very slow to the point where websites time out and it's not working.

It was fine on 3G though.

I'm with Telkom Internet 512k ADSL, Hurlingham
