International latency

Hi guys, is it just me or is the international latency sky high the past few days after 18:00 ?

Without more info it is hard to give you an answer. What ISP? What technology? (ADSL, 3G, WiFi) Where are you based? etc. etc. etc.

Vodacom 3G , Situated in pta-east, I get on ave 300ms during day time but after 18:00 it rockets upto 2000+ ms. noticed that the signal drops aswell.
