Unfortunately that tidemedia site must be in international. Can't get in. How does one set up the proxy thing? (sorry for the dof question, I don't know much about networking).
I used dsl-cache.saix.net, port 8080 as a proxy and that works too. It seems to be a protocol related issue as my IMAP and SSH connections to overseas servers are not exhibiting any issues.
but now I have a question: what exactly is happening if I use this proxy? Am I looking at cached pages?

Of course this does not tell us when it will be fixed, but at least they have acknowledged the problem....And they need to re-title Time Down to Time We Admitted That We Had A Problem
