yeh i'm getting very slow international, but I normally do.. stupid adsl

Weird thing is suddenly i am picking up extra latency on saix shaped in last hr or so, gone from 380-400ms avg to 600ms and peaking up to 750ms. somethings gone wrong again ? Seems to have comeback to normal somewhat at the moment. Hopefully it was just some fish swiming too close
