Experiencing serious lag and disconnects to international sites ... am I alone?

No you are not alone.
Bleeding terrible these last few days - and of course that when I decide to do some major changes to one of my websites.

Dunno how many hours lost with timeouts so bad I have to exit and re-login to get going again.

Browsing almost impossible until capped!

WTF is going on with iBurst? For the past 2 months I haven't been able to browse before hitting the cap. Don't get me wrong I can browse but it's extremely slow. My http downloads go at full speed so I'm not sure WTF is going on. When I reach my cap browsing is normal at 8kb/s.
