International sites

Ja, especially without Ed.

It really just adds way too much chance for spam (by spammers and users) like someone on there said, a decent email will get your problem sorted out sooner.
 
My line just drops randomly for about 3 hours then kicks back in at such slow speeds. I reset my modeom and router and it goes back to normal. Its happened to me about 4 times in the past 2 days. Rather annoying and frustrating.
 
No international connection for me again.

For. Fvck's. Sake.
 
International is very erratic and getting worse, time for iBurst to change the plaster since the previous plaster is starting to fall off.:rolleyes:

Ok...seriously...this spamming sh*t is childish...all the complaints I raise are professional and with no swearing...these guys with their spamming complaints are not really helping alot!

now to top it off even more...Iburst decides to call me...and this is what they had to say....

Hi There Mr. XXXXX ..we see that you have been posting on our blog....do you know anything about the spamming that has been taking place..

So I informed them that I did see the spam and think that it's really childish, but it seems like they are under the impression it's ME! now that really pisses me off! can't they track external IP's or something...jeez...

They assured me that iBurst will be making some changes to their packages and pricing soon and that they are currently working on their connection problems....fine all good and well...but don't start accusing clients here of spamming ok :mad:

They could at least show up here and fill us in as to what they are planning to do, unless that comment was just to keep you quiet.:rolleyes:
