International Slow - 21 March

Im on Telkom LTE and my international is slow AF. Speedtest checks out ok. Local sites load Okish, still retarded. Switched to the backup Cloudflare and its good. Anyone else?

Post is too cryptic to understand. What is a "backup Cloudflare"? Who is your ISP? Are you an ISP?

Probably meant the website content is being fetched slowly so they switched to the 1.1.1.1 DNS cause something might be up with their own DNS resolver and now stuff loads faster, could be wrong tho lol

Are telkom shaping ports? I can't watch twitch, my speed test is 0.5 down BUT my blizzard games are downloading over 10Mbps...

No, I meant the Cloudflare solution we used with last cable break. Wonder if it had anything to do with the WACS cable that was later reported broken again.
