International slow as mud

I'm with MWeb ADSL and local speeds are fast but international speeds are slow as all hell.
This has been from last night.
Tried to call their call center but it's engaged.

Anyone else having this hassle?

And if the call center agent asks me to restart the router, I will blow a fuse.

What about "As I sit here at my pc, pinging and tracerouting, I see the results fluctuate like mad." don't these morons get, when they have JUST told me there is no noise on the line.

It's not all Int'l sites which suck. Some are full line speed.
