International traffic

Is anyone aware of any issues which could result in very slow international traffic the last few days?

It seems intl is slow due to duplicate posting - lol!


Jokes aside though, my intl is erratic today (SAIX Cybersmart account). Cannot seem to open php.net, but other sites open - some VERY slowly, others ok.
