International.

Seems to be coming and going for the last couple of mins. Cant find anything worthwhile on the saix notice board.
 
International is down my side, no google no cnn no webafrica forum. oh and no the bloody 2 files i needed to continue working. :mad:

Yea, I am in ct, i tried using openweb, that mysteriosly worked for 3 minits while straight connection did not, but thats not working now either.
 
strangest thing is p2p seems to be working and pings go through just fine. its just socks proxying and http that seems buggered.
 
Has anyone with a telkom ISP phoned them yet. I would, but I have axxess, so will just refer me to my ISP.

Yep - noticed that too - I can ping google.com but no http - weird, but thats Telkom 4 u

I'm in CT and I can't browse international sites on port 80. If I view sites that are not on port 80 then it works fine. So the CT transparent proxy must be down.
 
Just phoned telkom. They said there is a problem with the international link (big surprise). Said they will phone me when it's back up.

They couldn't give me any info as to what the problem is or any eta...
