Anyone else in the CT area experiencing ultra slow international browsing?

My international is fast today. Browse and download at 16kB/s (128k). I'm in Parow.

JHB slow also. Seems to be speeding up a bit not though. Just got 16kbs (192k on IS).

i in durbs at mates place, downloading totally at 65k and still able to browse ok! we on 512. Just stopped downloading to play games and checking stuff online, int is zooming!

I've had no hassels in CPT this week

40k - 60k -> international http (20 - 30 on ftp)

512k - nurve ADSL account
