Internet access on Rain

Can someone please assist me. We received our Rain 5G router on Wednesday and have been searching for signal for 3 days now. We only get a 4G light and the activation website says we have excellent signal but we get no download speed and it keeps on saying we have no Internet access. Is there something we can do from our side? We have been everywhere around the house and even on the roof with no success. Please help. Thank you
 
I'm not getting any speed at all. Not on 4G or 5G. It tells me in certain spots that I have excellent signal but there is no speed.
Hi I believe you might have to activate the SIM card first. Connect to the 5G router via the Ethernet cable provided and log into the router ( 192.168.8.1 ). Once in there use the optimization feature to identify the possible direction and location of the nearest tower.

According to my rain account my sim is active. I did connect it to the computer and used the optimization function with no luck. The speed remains 0 although it says excellent signal.

Yes I'm happy with the speed now. The rain speed test gives me between 90 and 100 but the router is inside the house for now we still have to move it outside. So I'm happy with the results.

I have been having the same issue since last week Wednesday. I have tried both indoors and outdoors to activate. The "optimiser" page comes up saying no signal, sometimes depending on a different area,excellent signal, but I still cannot activate the sim
