Internet and broadband in numbers

I've got three to four computers connected to the router in bridge mode
So I'm then 4 Internet users ? I've got 4 IP's

Thats what somebody else also brought up.

Although you wont have 4 IP's connected directly to the internet. You will only have one(that your modem dials) and the rest will be natted.

Unless on each computer you dial a PPPOE connection out.

But then what about ppl who split international and local traffic on 2 accounts? Is that taken as 2 internet users?
 
Does the minimum of 256 Kb/s refer to the sync speed (very likely I guess) or the minimum continuous international data transfer rate? I'm not even sure if I asked a real question or a rhetoric one.................................... :o
