Internet connection erratic?

Anyone else having connection drops every 5 mins or so?
Also just out of interest, anyone else still rate-limited on uncapped IS?

It went to full-access for about 30 mins, then went back to rate-limited.

i dont know why but my internet is off but i can still get on the forum, i dont think my gigs are up. how do i check, i am with telkom?

jeez they say i downloaded 4. something gigs last night.....no way.
