Internet connection issues

Hello. I have the RAIN 5G router and boy has it been giving me problems for the past week and half (close to 2 even) it keeps saying “no internet” and I’ve tried putting it at different places and to no avail. What’s the point of paying for it if I then don’t receive what I have paid for. I even have a friend who cut ties with rain for this very reason, I don’t want to though If anyone has an idea on how to fix this asap please kindly contact me on 0815464801 or my email at [email protected]
