Internet down since upgrade

I did an upgrade from 10/5 to 40/10 yesterday and since then my internet has been down. I've logged multiple calls and all im getting told is that it's been escalated from T1 to T3 and now I hear someone has to come out to my house when I clearly have to be in the office. Every month before the debit or just after the debit my internet is cut.. this is becoming ridiculous now!

Which ISP, which FNO? Sounds like Vuma Reach?

Switch to Vodacom, less issues...

To be honest most of the companies will have their negative side to them.
