We need to move our business from a 30 GB capped account to Business DSL uncapped and unshaped. Since we run our own Exchange server we also need mail spooling. I had a look at MWeb Business and it looks like they offer what we need. What is the quality of their offering?

Which other service/ISP would you recommend?

Be carefull you will be throttled, rather use Openweb or Afrihost

Mimecast

~R80 per user/m for unlimited email archiving, 100% SLA for uptime and AV, 97.5% spam

Mimecast or if you're set on Mweb,MWeb's Mail Marshal service for spooling
For connectivity i'd rather go for a dual option,Wimax+ADSL or so

Set up a Caching Proxy Load Balancer like Zentyal that can load-balance your internet between the lines and failover should one of the links go down

Stay away from Mweb! Kuk, kuk and more KUK!

Just ended my Business Account with Mweb which was a absolute nightmare, they did not like that I was canceling so they added a extra 12 months to my contract.

Mweb are sneaky, have a terrible DSL network as well as shockingly bad customer service.

Afrihost all the way... You won't be sorry!
