Internet is down? like.. the whole internet?

Hey folks, couple of us were hanging out on discord tonight, 3rd of march 2021, and at around 7:40pm all of our internet stopped working, we're all using different ISPs and providers.

This happened to anyone else?
 
Same here, still cant access some sites, friends can access some i cannot etc.
 
Youtube is definitely not working. Local content seems ok, but most stuff run over a CDN seems broken.
 
Yep, down here. My phone can't even connect to the wifi anymore. Both Vodacom and MTN.
 
Youtube is working on my desktop, but not on my TV. Was fine an hour ago.

Not for me. My PC can connect but ping is bad. Phone still can't connect to the wifi (same connection that my PC is using).

Seems like people are having trouble with wifi. Very strange. I thought wifi was just between router and phone. How can my PC connected to the router work, but not the router wifi to my phone?
 
google.com and .co.za is reported as offline. My sites is still up.

by google.com etc. is back
 
Downforeveryoneorjustme says that google.com and youtube.com are both down...
That sounds like an outage at Google again.
 
Mine also. Guessing Google DNS might also be down, that's why my wifi can't access anything...
