Internet Line Quality - Fair

I've got no real issue (I think) with my line and suspect a faulty device that keeps disconnecting - so I tried this site :

Seems to say 'fair' , with the odd being 'poor'?
Would that be because of the latency and all SA links would be fair ?

A fair assumption would be that they look at latency and jitter and them come to a decision based on that..

They could also be looking at download speeds as well and factor that into the equation..

Reality, this tool is not a good indicator of anything really.. unless technology changes or we somehow get shorter connections to the US, to reduce latency, that is the best latency we are going to get.. so assuming there is no jitter or low download speeds and you have the lowest possible latency to the US based on current available connections and technology, the line quality is actually great and not just fair..
