Internet non-existent and no support

Called log yesterday and to this hour no one has bothered to make contact to assist.
For the last 3 days Internet browsing is non-existent and yet i have full network coverage.
Still waiting

@rain_mobile activated my sim over 4 hours ago, and yet my unlimited data service aren't active and the site shows my sim is active yet my phone displays "emergency calls only"

Internet only worked for 20min then it stopped.
I have restarted the router, moved it around which made the internet to work only for a few minutes then it goes down again and cannot access any websites.

The router has full bars for network coverage.

What you are experiencing now will be repeated over and over again - if you have alternatives - use them now, if not - I feel your pain :crying:

We need a class action against these idiots.
 
Their go to answer is to move your router around or place it near a window. I purchased a unlimited 4g sim Last week, having the same issues.

I will investigate why they said that. Did they try to solve your issue?
