Internet not working for 14 days Rain Mobile

All on forum, be very careful of Rain Mobile, since the 22nd of March my Daughters has not had internet in Stellenbosch, today eventually getting through to Rain Mobile Support no 081 610 1000, I just get told that it could take up to 72 hours to have the problem fixed!!! After 336 hours already!!!! 6 Support tickets gotten over the period, and still no resolution on the problem. So yes you pay cheaper at Rain, but half a month without internet, what is the use?? Any suggestions of other Mobile packages out there, as clearly Rain feels absolutely nothing for the clients.

Telkom has a nice 1TB deal IIRC
