Whats up with the annoying internet paused when creating a hotspot.

Whats up with the annoying internet paused when creating a hotspot.

Disable roaming via USSD? Never had this happen to as of late but with loadshedding I've had to switch networks 4g to 3g to get a connection and have had it slip to Vodacom roaming. AFAIK telkom doesn't have tethering restrictions like rain or networks type restrictions like mtn and cellc.
