Can someone please help me find a solution for my ping spike problem.

I have Telkom 4 MB ADSL line and internet is with Mweb. Every few seconds I get a huge ping spike to 600ms or so and then it goes back to normal. My internet speed test seems fine, and when I test my IP address location it shows I am in the UK-London.(see pictures) I also noticed when I play CSGO that my nearby lobbies also shows only UK-London games which is a huge problem for me.

I tried calling Mweb and Telkom multiple times and both say there is nothing wrong at their side and both refreshed my line. (Stayed the same).
I also tried different routers and it did the same.
I tried using different internet wall ports at home, the same happened.
Tried doing on wifi only and the same happened.
I do not have a VPN.

I did notice Mweb had a node for Mweb users to test internet in London? (see pictures) Don't think it is a coincidence?

If anyone can please help me with my problem or had some issue like mine.
Please help me?

If that's your IP disable ping at least.

Something not lekker with your line perhaps, but ping times show your IP is in SA.

Thanks for a reply. But yes, it is very weird and difficult to deal with. It is impossible to play online games with this unstable but yet kind of stable ping. How do I disable PING?
