internet setup on PS3, pc, phones and tv

i would like to setup a home network for the following, but need some guidance.
i want our 3 x Blackberry phones, PS3, laptop and my pc connected via wifi.(they all have wifi)
AND i also have an wired internet enable tv(sony 46ex520), (that can be wifi enablled with an usb dongle)
i live on a farm that only has mtn 3g. vodacom and cellc is has no 3G reception here.
no telkom line either. no IT guys in 100km radius. i only have internet acces via a mtn usb stick huawei e220)

what do i need to make all the above work together using only mtn.
i only use about 4 gig/month but i think i'll be using more once all is set up. mainly skype,
note i'm not a network game player. more of a skyper

any help please.

you would need to get a 3g router
