We have been on an Internet Solutions BDSL solution for many years.
For the past 1.5 years the service has not been what it used to be, and has recently become almost unusable.
We phone support and are always told the line usage is within normal range.
Has anyone else experienced this with Internet Solutions BDSL?

The Internet Solutions CDSL accounts are not great anymore either.
