Yes they still do , actually signed up recently

AlwaysOn has been mostly unusable for me since about the time IS took over 100%.

Login not working most of the time - something like "Unspecified error at server" and when you can login, the sub-account details for where you have third party access (i.e. from Afrihost) uses wrong credentials and does not update when you try to correct it.

Submitted the online form for assistance several times, but just ignored.
