Internet Solutions irresponsible with .org.za domain

This is pretty terrible. Tried to do an emergency nameserver update for a client who has a .org.za domain. Only 23 hours later do they send out the ticket emails (where you get to accept). So now we have to wait an additional 24 hours during the voting period.

My client is so upset. IS are not playing ball.

.org.za needs to get EPP'd and domain management automated.

Hell yeah. Now had 3 days downtime thanks to the incompetence that is Internet Solutions. I phone to try get them to hurry and I am told the "one" techie assigned to domains is on the phone :/

IS must catch a wake up.
 
Okay, it really needs that. Current methods are pretty amateur.

Agreed and from what I understand it should be a direct drop in for existing ZACR registrars (like .com and .net, exactly the same EPP system, just switch the TLD on your queries). So integration should be quick and effortless.
