I have a IS 3Gb and 27Gb local account, and i was wondering how the 27Gb local cap is split from the 3gb international usage?

When i log into "http://users.isdsl.net" i only see the total megabyte usage. How does the local cap fit in???

It ain't split. The first 3GB is counted as international

As squirrel says - after you've used the first 3gb it becomes local only.

Yes, and if you connect one last session just before you hit your international cap, round about 3210MB, you can download as much international as you can fit into that last session. That is close to 3GB on a 384 line.;)
