Anyone else having major issues with their IS lines this morning? I am getting 0 packet loss but even this page took ages to load

My IS gets really slow once I have multiple connections running the whole time (e.g. torrents).

Yeah it does take that long to load.... on gprs that is....

our DSL at work is extremely slow today, local is flying also, but international times out.
