Internet speed or am I being throttled

My speed suddenly dropped in the last 30minutes.

On a line that's synced at 2Mbps -just did a speed test:

Anybody else having a problem or am I being throttled. I am suppose to be on an uncapped account but between myself and the kids we have been streaming quite a bit of Netflix for the last 10 days

Total data used for this month: total 38 gigs

So I guess TI is probably having a problem in my area
 
Hi There,
Being uncapped is fine but remember that your ISP will have a fair usage policy in place. 38GB is quite a lot of data.
Have you asked them for an explanation? I have called my ISP in the past when on an uncapped account and they have explained why I have been throttled.

Seems to be ok now... Guess they were just having a problem last night... I checked my data usage from jan and see that I average about 50 gigs a month. Never had a problem before.

On the telkom usage tracker I am still green, so I guess it's not throttled
