Folks, I'm having serious hassles with RAIN ( Ruddy Awful Internet Network) and want to log their pathetic connection speeds in Excel to prove a few points with them.

I found a neat looking app called Logger but for some reason it doesn't see my laptops online.
There is another called Star Trinity !! which works quite nicely but the CSV file it produces is a mess and will be a bugger to import into Excel.
Can anyone suggest another logging bandwidth monitor app I can try out ?

Cheers

You can use Smokeping-speedtest, which can run in a Docker container and output the results to an .RRD file such as the below:

It's not a simple plug and play solution, but it is quite scalable and the logs can be drilled down or expanded interactively. All you need is Docker running on a server or laptop and to spin up the container and tweak the settings to your liking.
