Internet speed

Does anyone experience extremely slow internet speeds. 3mbps on a 10mbps line during the day?
I'm with Openserve.

We do on our 10mbps Telkom. But when I check the speed, it's fine. It's seems to be a traffic related issue (duh), but not on my "receiving" side. Rather on the server/site I try to access. I.e. News24 and the streaming services, be it local or overseas(?). Last statement I can't be sure, because I believe Netflix has a server in SA.

Intermittent slow. ADSL with WebAfrica. On the phone some times so bad, I can't even upload a small image to anywhere. Switch to Vodacom data and it's fast.

Telkom ADSL 10mbps goes to hell in the evening, especially to overseas servers. Sometimes not even MyBB will load, nor Citizen, News24 etc. During the day, it is variable, tho mostly sort of okay, not great tho.

Telkom LTE-A, is generally a little better, Vodacom, and Airmobile, are usually decent, if not great.

I used openserve for one week and the speeds were so terrible. Changed over to frogfoot and everything worked like magic!
