ABSA clears same day around 7pm/8pm.

I did a payment from FNB to Virgin money card (Absa). Did the payment at around 8:30am on a business day. Money reflected 2 business days later. So unless it is different from paying an Absa credit card, you will see the money on Monday.

In my experience, 99% of payments between Absa/FNB accounts will show in the other account by about 22:00, if the payment was done by 16:00/16:30 the same day. This is for ordinary, same business day payments.
